Be sure to try their renowned flatbreads, which you can pair with meat, salad, and dips to taste. And don't forget to ask about one of the off-menu daily specials.

The queen of Neapolitan pizza in Brno is, without debate, Zaza. Without a reservation you often won't even get a seat, which is probably the best endorsement there is. Brno waited a while for a bold new fine dining restaurant, but the wait was worth it. Soyshi opened in the fall in a perhaps unexpected spot – a housing estate in Líšeň – and quickly became one of the most interesting dining addresses in the city. Modern Asian fusion, an open kitchen, a thoughtful interior, and service that elevates the whole experience. If you want to treat yourself to an exceptional evening, Soyshi definitely shouldn't be missing from your list.
