Yell cuisine

Although Yell cuisine is located on the outskirts of Ružomberok, it is easily accessible and offers convenient parking thanks to its spacious car park. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by an elegant interior dominated by dark tones with lighter details. The service further enhances the impression of a professional yet comfortable dining experience. The food focuses on traditional cuisine presented in a modern style, for which the restaurant, under the guidance of head Chef Miroslav Halama, has become well known. We had the opportunity to try an excellent beef sirloin served with house-made dumplings. The sauce was well seasoned and exactly as it should be. The kulajda also deserves praise, generously filled with mushrooms, and served alongside house-made bread. For dessert, we chose the crème brûlée, which was correctly prepared and genuinely enjoyable, though it did not offer any additional surprises in terms of texture or flavour. The question, however, is whether such embellishments are even necessary with a classic of this kind. Ružomberok serves as a natural crossroads between western and eastern Slovakia, with heavy traffic passing through each day. The next time you find yourself travelling this route, Yell cuisine is certainly worth a stop.
