Sýpka u Ludvíka

Sýpka u Ludvíka in the village of Báb is housed within a fully restored historic granary. The ground floor and courtyard operate as a restaurant with a terrace, children’s playground and a shop offering its own and locally sourced produce, while the attic provides accommodation in single and double rooms. The grounds are connected to a working farm spanning more than six hectares, where vegetables, herbs and fruit are grown, chickens are reared, and even truffles are cultivated in a hazelnut orchard. An on-site bakery produces freshly baked sourdough bread made from slowly fermented dough, as well as house-made pasta, lokše, cakes and flatbreads. Embracing the concept “from the farm to table”, the restaurant uses ingredients from its own farm and from carefully selected local suppliers, including its partner Truffle Farm.
