Once home to the Ziči family, the historic manor house in Voderady is now beautifully renovated into the Goya Vitality Hotel. Inside, you will find the charming Klára Restaurant, named after one of the Ziči heirs. The atmosphere transports you several centuries back in time. Under the stylish vaulted ceiling, elegant chandeliers hang, and beautifully set tables with white tablecloths await. However, what is not a journey back in time is the food prepared by the experienced Chef Peter Brach. Together with his team, he serves elegant dishes, primarily using traditional, local ingredients presented in an unusual way. The grilled pork belly carpaccio with cabbage and ginger, but especially the veal shank, truly amazed us. The combination of vanilla and miso is unusual, yet it works brilliantly. The staff are attentive and ready to offer advice, though they should be more careful with the cleanliness of the water glasses. We would also appreciate a wider selection of wines and a broader range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to complement their fantastic dishes.
