Plnofúz

Plnofúz is a typical brewery concept based on seasonality, locality, freshness, and aesthetics. It offers traditional Slovak as well as international pub cuisine while accommodating guests with dietary intolerances. In addition, it provides a wide range of beers on tap. The portion of beef broth was generous and enjoyable, with the distinctive flavour of meat and vegetables; its only flaw was that it was served slightly cooler than desirable. We were delighted by the sviečková na smotane with its lovely, thick, flavourful sauce, larded beef, and house-made dumplings. The positive impression from the main course was slightly disrupted by the dessert. The vanilla slice à la mille-feuille was too small, and its presentation needed more attention. The lemon gel would also have benefited from a stronger flavour. Nevertheless, Plnofúz is confident in serving classic pub food and has much to offer, especially if you are looking for traditional Slovak dishes accompanied by good beer.
