A selection of delicious desserts is also available. Each dish is prepared with care and authenticity, yet carries a modern signature. We were particularly impressed by the duck breast. If not for the slightly rubbery skin, it would have been a flawless dish. The accompaniments of Tuscan cabbage and beetroot purée complemented the duck beautifully. Service could benefit from greater attention to presenting the dishes to guests.
