Under the guidance of Chef Kristián Šramka and bar manager Ján Babiak, the kitchen has been consistently delivering high-quality dishes for several years, complemented by an impressive and thoughtfully curated selection of wines. The space, with its historic vaulted ceiling and large windows, naturally invites you for lunch or dinner, while the summer terrace is perfect for a glass of champagne or a well-crafted cocktail. On the Mediterranean-inspired menu, you will always find excellent pasta, outstanding seafood specialities, and steaks. The concept also includes Neapolitan-style pizza baked in a traditional oven. The Chef aims to offer intriguing interpretations of classic recipes, occasionally adding a hint of Asian influence. The entire team delivers a refined gastronomic experience, not only through the cuisine itself but also with carefully selected and thoughtfully recommended wines. Dishes such as tartare with hoisin sauce and grated egg yolk, steak, Neapolitan pizza, a seafood platter, or prawn risotto evoke the flavours of a seaside holiday. Be sure to try their tiramisu, made from a time-tested recipe, which is almost as good as in Italy.
