KOGO Ristorante Dal 2006

KOGO in the heart of the capital offers dishes inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. The menu is dominated by seasonality, fresh fish, and seafood, but you can also find here house-made sourdough bread baked from quality rye and wheat flour. The main strengths of the restaurant are distinctive flavours and perfect service. The staff has recommended veal broth with pieces of meat as a starter. It was perfectly seasoned and added value in comparison to other broths that we are used to was the combination of yellow and orange carrots; celery sticks and olive oil. The generous portion of freshly made in-house seafood pasta had a pronounced flavour of white wine and cherry tomatoes, which could have been cooked a bit less. The main star of the show was certainly the dessert, chestnut puree with sour cherries in alcohol, with vanilla cream and a generous portion of whipped cream, served in an impressive tall glass. The restaurant offers a wide selection of wines and quality alcohol. The perfect service without any mistakes impeccably completes the concept. So, if you feel like seafood on a sunny day, KOGO is certainly worth a visit, whether for business or family lunch.
