Snowbeer

The new Hotel Damian is set in the foothills of one of the most renowned ski resorts in Jasná. It houses the Snowbeer restaurant, which aims to be a favourite, not only among hotel guests. The restaurant's name reflects its focus on beer, offering a relaxing atmosphere for any evening, whether to enjoy a pint or engage in a game of bowling. The kitchen offers a cross-section of different styles to appeal to as many guests as possible, which is understandable, though occasionally that can work to its disadvantage. Burgers and pizza, for example, can feel a little out of place. Hospitality is clearly a priority here, reflected in the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. Every detail is considered, and it is evident that guest satisfaction comes first. We tried the beef rib, which melted in the mouth, perfectly complemented by a red wine sauce with a flawless consistency. The rice pudding, presented with a modern twist, was a delightful surprise, showcasing excellent variations of apricot. Whether you are coming for skiing, hiking, or simply for outstanding service and good food, you are unlikely to be disappointed.
