The service is truly a highlight, with staff clearly passionate about their work and communicating seamlessly with one another. The extensive wine list will delight lovers of both Slovak and European wines. The dishes themselves do not disappoint. We appreciated their honesty on the plate: well-prepared, straightforward, and never overcomplicated. The perfectly seasoned foie gras with a fruity chutney was a standout, its flavours harmonising beautifully with the fragrant, slightly firm liver. The chicken supreme was juicy, and the charred cauliflower purée added an intriguing twist. The service again enhanced the experience, with some dishes finished tableside. Be sure to leave room for their excellent house-made desserts.
