In the heart of Poprad, you will find Rybka Sushibar, a modern Asian restaurant that has earned a strong reputation in the region thanks to some of the best sushi around. Visually impressive rolls and sashimi platters catch the eye immediately and satisfy even the most discerning palates. The staff stand out not only for their friendliness and attentiveness but also for quickly seating guests and taking the time to explain the ingredients, which we greatly appreciated. We tried the excellent miso ramen with homemade noodles and perfectly cooked egg, accompanied by either fresh tuna or pork belly. The sushi sets offer something for everyone, with top-notch quality and even fresh wasabi, which is rarely seen.
