Our Pop of 2025, Roman Kóňa’s meat kingdom. The artisan butcher shop is open four days a week and, in addition to meat, it also serves meals, including its signature steak tartare and a daily meat special. Menu staples include Dutch schnitzel, French potatoes, bryndzové halušky with bacon, and burgers, as well as creatively reimagined classics such as sviečková or stuffed peppers. After a tasty lunch with beer, you can also leave with some meat and meat products shopping.
