Manzo steak&burger

Manzo, located on Žilina’s Bulvár in the very centre of the city, is a restaurant built around quality meat dishes. You can choose from a variety of steaks, which can be paired with different sauces and sides. For those who appreciate the classics, the flank steak with Manzo’s signature sauce is highly recommended: the sauce complements the pronounced meat flavour perfectly, creating a harmonious dish exactly as one would hope in this type of establishment. The restaurant also offers Vietnamese pho bo, though in our experience the broth lacked a strong, distinctive flavour, while the noodles were perfectly cooked. No dinner is complete without a sweet note, and here it was slightly disappointing: the mango crumble was somewhat underwhelming, and the mango purée, intended as its base, was slightly tart. Thanks to its proximity to Žilina’s historic centre with its charming squares, Manzo steak&burger can be a rewarding discovery not only for gourmets but also for casual visitors to the city.
