Lemberg Family Bistro

Bistro Lemberg in the centre of Zvolen brings together a variety of world cuisines. There is something for everyone, from Asian and Georgian to American cuisine. The pleasant, plant-filled interior evoked the comfort of sitting in a private living room. We sampled the tom yum soup, which pleasantly surprised us with its rich, creamy-spicy flavour; alongside coriander, tofu, and noodles, the addition of shredded oyster mushrooms added an intriguing texture. The falafel with carrot purée was perfectly cooked, though it could have used a more distinctive element to enhance the flavours. The dessert – krémeš – did not disappoint. The service staff could be more confident in its knowledge of the dishes and drinks, but overall, the restaurant is certainly a suitable choice for those wishing to embark on a culinary journey and explore a variety of new cuisines.
