Inside Restaurant brings honest Ukrainian cuisine to a newly built housing estate not far from the centre of Bratislava. The pleasant interior, with comfortable seating, is inviting and encourages guests to linger and enjoy traditional dishes. The lunch menu is more suitable for those in a hurry, while the à la carte selection caters to lovers of traditional meals that are worth waiting for in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Guests can choose from a variety of cocktails, enjoy thoughtfully paired wines with each dish, and indulge in dessert to finish the meal. Those passing by in the morning will also appreciate the breakfast offering, whether sweet or savoury. We were particularly delighted by the classic borscht, now rarely encountered, with an excellent consistency and a bold, robust flavour. The traditional stuffed cabbage rolls in tomato sauce were equally satisfying, as was the perfectly prepared chicken Kyiv. The mashed potatoes were elevated by a subtle hint of wasabi, which pleasantly surprised us. Inside is well suited for a romantic evening, a quick business lunch, or a family celebration, and it certainly deserves a visit from any guest.
