In Flagranti Restaurant

In Flagranti is one of those establishments in Bratislava that wins you over immediately. Not through ostentation, but by effortless elegance and attention to detail. The interior is nicely furnished, combining modern design with a warm, home-like atmosphere. Guests feel naturally comfortable without giving it much thought. The kitchen is a blend of Italian-inspired and contemporary trends. The dishes are laid-back, aesthetic and well balanced in flavour. The menu ranges from salads and bruschettas to risottos, pasta, meat dishes and pinsa. We started with bruschetta. The pastry itself was well prepared; however, we would have preferred higher-quality ingredients such as the mortadella and salmon, while the lamb’s lettuce and balsamic vinegar could have been omitted altogether. On the other hand, we were delighted by the generous portion of clams in white wine, which was fresh and flavourful. The tomato soup was pleasant but did not offer anything particularly distinctive. Overall, In Flagranti is a good spot for a relaxed and uncomplicated lunch.
