DA ANDREA is an elegant restaurant nestled in the greenery of Horský Park. The space, which includes a reception area and two glass-walled dining rooms adorned with high chandeliers and offering impressive park views, makes a strong first impression. The owner and Head Chef, Andrea Ena, after whom the restaurant is named, aims to present Italian cuisine on a completely different level from what is commonly known here. Guests can choose from an à la carte menu or a tasting menu, featuring a selection of the most popular Italian classics, including antipasti, salads, fresh pasta, including stuffed varieties, risotto, fish, and a variety of meats. Worth mentioning is also the pizza offering from their sister restaurant, Sapori Italiani, which ranks among the best in Europe. As a starter, we recommend the terrine di vitello e coniglio, a rabbit and veal pâté with Asiago cheese and pistachios. For the main course, tortelloni di carne, meat-filled pasta with sun-dried tomatoes, cream of parmesan and arugula pesto, is a must. A memorable experience concludes with the tiramisu della casa, prepared directly at the table, although the sponge was slightly too soggy in the end.
