Located on 17. novembra Street in the heart of Prešov, you will find CIAO! restaurant, whose modern interior, enriched with Italian accents and signage, promises an authentic Italian experience in the metropolis of the Šariš region. The menu focuses on classic Italian dishes such as lasagne, fresh pasta, pizza, and tiramisu. You can also enjoy a glass of fine wine or another drink. The staff provide friendly, professional guidance on pairing drinks with your meal, which is much appreciated. We enjoyed the flavour and crispiness of the rice arancini, while the lasagne was a tasty yet conventional classic, and the tiramisu was well executed both technically and in terms of flavour. Some attention could be given to reducing preparation times, as waits were occasionally long, and visual presentation on the plate could also be improved.
