Bubbles Bar & Restaurant

Bubbles, located on a boat along Tyršovo nábrežie, offers modern cuisine with one of the best views of the Danube and the historic city panorama. Public transport is just a short walk along the riverbank, and free parking is available only a few metres from the restaurant. The elegant, bright interior is spacious and suitable for business meetings as well as various functions and events. For business lunches and dinners, we recommend making a reservation in advance. The kitchen, led by Chef Andrej Turček, focuses on seasonal ingredients, a modern approach, and precise preparation of each dish. We were particularly impressed by the sour mushrooms, perfectly balanced in flavour and beautifully presented in a generous bowl. Equally memorable were the beef ribs, conveniently deboned and served with excellent cabbage purée and crispy Parmesan chips. The staff at Bubbles is professional and relaxed, though they could benefit from being more proactive in guest interactions. The terrace, with its stunning city views, creates a unique atmosphere and makes the restaurant an ideal place to enjoy gastronomy directly on the Danube.
